Computer Class: Introduction to Keynote

Introduction to Keynote | March 20th, 7:00pm
Learn how to make a digital slide presentation using Apple’s slide presentation software, Keynote. Class will cover how to use Keynote’s interface, organize a presentation, how to customize presentations with images, animations and multimedia elements. At the end of this class you will have completed your first Keynote presentation.
Instructor: Lynne Watenpaugh
Lynne Watenpaugh has been a public school teacher for over twenty years. During her career she has taught both children and adults. She currently teaches technology classes at Mill Valley Middle School. She sees technology as a tool to manipulate in order to express one’s ideas. She has an undergraduate degree in English from UCLA, a Master Degree in Instructional Technology from San Francisco State University, is a California Writing Project Fellow, and a Google Certified Teacher.
Pre-requisite: To participate in this course, you must have basic computer skills, using a keyboard and mouse, and preferably have experience with Mac OS.
