PRESENTATIONS

1. Presentation of a Certificate of Appreciation Honoring Fire Captain Mason on the Occasion of His Retirement from the City of Mill Valley after 32 Years of Service.

2. Emergency Preparedness Commission Annual Report to the Council.

3. Planning Commission Annual Report to the Council.

CONSENT CALENDAR: The following items listed on the Consent Calendar to be considered routine and are approved by a single motion without discussion. The Mayor or any member of the City Council or the public may request that any item listed under the Consent Calendar be removed and action taken separately. In the event that an item is removed from the Consent Calendar, it shall be considered in its numerical order.

4. Warrants--$2,420,380.66.
Recommended Action: Approve paying expenses authorized by the adopted City Budget.

5. Consideration of the Minutes of the February 3, 2014 Regular City Council Meeting.
Recommended Action: Approve the February 3, 2014 Regular City Council Meeting minutes.

6. Adoption of the Outcomes of the Annual City Council Retreat.
Recommended Action: Receive report and confirm outcomes.

7. Presentation of the Statement of General Fund Revenue & Expenditures, December 31, 2013.
Recommended Action: Receive report.

NEW BUSINESS

8. Report on Continued Fire Danger in Mill Valley from the Fire Chief.
Recommended Action: Receive presentation, discuss and provide direction as appropriate.

9. Presentation from the Police Chief and the Sherriff’s Office Regarding Recent Burglaries in the Mill Valley Area.
Recommended Action: Receive presentation, discuss and provide direction to staff.

10. Presentation of the City of Mill Valley Golf Course Action Plan.
Recommended Action: Receive presentation, discuss and provide direction to staff.

COUNCIL LIAISON REPORTS: An opportunity for Councilmembers to report on activities of the local and regional governmental bodies upon which they serve.

CITY MANAGER’S REPORTS

• Update on the February 7 – 9, 2014 Storm Activity in the City of Mill Valley.
