CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING:
1. 7 Via Van Dyke – Polsky Architects – Design Review – File No. PL13-4071 (Zanarini)
Design Review for plans to construct a new 3,493 square foot 2-story single-family residence with a 490 square foot attached garage on a 19,721 square foot vacant lot. This project has been determined to be exempt from further environmental review under Section 15303(a) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. The subject property is in the RS-30 (Single-Family Residential – 30,000 sq. ft. min. lot size) Zoning District.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:
2. 6 Longfellow – Chambers – Design Review – File No. PL13-4117 (Zanarini)
Design Review for plans to construct a new 2,857 square foot 2-story residence with a 465 square foot attached garage on an 8,547 square foot vacant parcel. This project has been determined to be exempt from further environmental review under Section 15303(a) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. The subject property is in the RS-7.5 (Single-Family Residential – 7,500 square foot minimum lot size) Zoning District.

3. 246-250 E Blithedale – MacCracken Architects – Study Session – File No. PL13-4138 (Svanstrom)
Study Session for Design Review for alterations to an existing building and site at 250 E. Blithedale Ave. and for a Conditional Use Permit for a second restaurant. The building at 250 E. Blithedale (currently housing Mill Valley Services and warehouse space) is proposed to be remodeled to include a corner retail space and two restaurant spaces with outdoor seating within the existing building footprint. The building at 246 E. Blithedale (current Tony Tutto’s location) is proposed to be demolished. The subject property is in the Neighborhood Commercial (C-N) Zoning District.
