On Monday, July 15, 2013 the Mill Valley City Council will hold a public hearing and discussion on proposed amendments to the City of Mill Valley Zoning Ordinance (Title 20 of the Mill Valley Municipal Code), including a formula for reducing the existing 500 square foot floor area exclusion from the calculation of allowable floor area for garages on parcels less than 8,000 square feet in area. The hearing and discussion will be held at 7:30 PM in the City Council Chambers of Mill Valley City Hall, 26 Corte Madera Avenue. Please note that this will be a discussion item only
