4. Consideration of the Minutes of the August 5, 2013 Regular City Council Meeting.
Recommended Action: Approve the August 5, 2013 Regular City Council Meeting minutes.

5. Receive Information on the After Action Report for the May 4, 2013 Evacuation Exercise.
Recommended Action: Receive report.

6. Consideration of a Resolution Confirming the City of Mill Valley’s Position on the Proposed League of California Cities Resolutions that will be Considered and Voted on at the Annual Conference, September 18 – 20, 2013.
Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 13-___.

7. Consideration of a Resolution to Provide Worker’s Compensation Coverage for Volunteers Providing Service to the City of Mill Valley.
Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 13-___.

8. Presentation of Findings from the Golf Course Advisory Committee and the Recommendations from the Parks and Recreation Commission Regarding Steps to Take to Improve Financial and Physical Conditions at the Mill Valley Golf Course.
Recommended Action: Receive presentation, discuss and provide direction.

9. Discussion and Direction Regarding Possible Amendments to the Mill Valley Municipal Code Regarding Code Enforcement Administration.
Recommended Action: Receive presentation, discuss and provide direction.

10. Discussion and Direction Regarding Possible Amendments to the Mill Valley Municipal Code Regarding Recreational and Commercial Vehicle Parking Restrictions.
Recommended Action: Receive presentation, discuss and provide direction.

PUBLIC HEARING

11. Consideration of the Introduction of an Ordinance Approving Amendments to Certain Portions of Title 20 of the Mill Valley Municipal Code, Zoning Ordinance, Regarding “Floor Area Ratio” and “Residential Second Units” (Continued from the July 15, 2013 Regular City Council meeting).
Recommended Action: Introduce Ordinance No. ___ and waive first reading.

12. Consideration of the Introduction of an Ordinance Amending Title 7 “Health and Sanitation” of the Mill Valley Municipal Code Adding Chapter 7.40 “Single-Use Disposable Bag Prohibitions and Regulations” to Limit the Provision of the Single-Use Carryout Disposable Bags at Specified Retail Stores at the Point of Sale.
Recommended Action: Introduce Ordinance No. ___ and waive first reading.
