3. Consideration of a Resolution Establishing the 2013/14 Budget for Wastewater Services to the Sewerage Agency of Southern Marin.

4. Consideration of a Resolution Approving a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Mill Valley and the Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce.

5. Authorize City Manager to apply for coverage under the State Water Resources Control Board’s Phase II Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems General Permit
Recommended Action: Authorize appropriation.
6. Consideration of a proposal to cancel the July 1, 2013 regular City Council Meeting.

7. Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing a 2.7% Rate Increase for Refuse Services Pursuant to the Terms of the Franchise Agreement Between the City of Mill Valley and Mill Valley Refuse Services.
