8. Presentation of the Southern Marin Watershed Study Update and Introduction to the Draft Appraisal-Level Flood Study for Arroyo Corte Madera del Presidio.

Consideration of the Introduction of an Ordinance Approving Amendments to Certain Portions of Title 20 of the Mill Valley Municipal Code, Zoning Ordinance, Regarding “Floor Area Ratio” and “Residential Second Units” (Continued from the March 4, 2013, April 1, 2013, and May 6, 2013 Regular City Council Meetings).
Recommended Action: Introduce Ordinance No. ___ and waive first reading.
