A DESIGN REVIEW hearing for the construction of a new 2-story 3,774 square foot single-family residence constructed as two detached buildings connected by a partially subterranean lower level, a 511 square foot attached garage, a 250 square foot detached studio accessory structure and a swimming pool on a a vacant 41,367 square foot vacant lot. The subject property is in the RS-20 (Residential Single-Family – 20,000 square foot minimum lot size) Zoning District.
