Resolution of Appreciation to Kevin Skiles


PUBLIC HEARING:  


1. 401 Miller Avenue, Suite A – Conditional Use Permit – PL21-5008 (Ross)

A Conditional Use Permit application to permit 6,910 square feet of office use and a test kitchen in a tenant space previously occupied by a photography studio, gallery, and digital printing business. The project would restripe areas of the existing parking lot to provide additional parking spaces. The proposed project has been determined to be exempt from further environmental review under Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
