1. 225 Tamalpais Avenue – Design Review and Variance– PL22-5079 (Johnson)
A Design Review and Variance application to construct a new 551 sq. ft. detached 2-car carport within the required front and side yard setbacks. The proposed project has been determined to be exempt from further environmental review under Section 15303 (Class 3 - New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
2. 268 Cascade Drive – Tree Permit – PL22-5095 (Johnson)
Tree Removal Permit application to remove one coast redwood heritage tree 54-inches in diameter. The tree is located within the required driveway resulting in a reduced driveway clearance of 9-feet for Emergency Vehicles. The Fire Department supports removing one driveway tree to allow fire equipment access to the top of the driveway. The proposed project is categorically exempt from environmental review under Sections 15301 and 15304 of the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
3. 515 Throckmorton Avenue – Tree Permit – PL22-5090 (Johnson)
Tree Removal Permit application to remove one unhealthy live oak heritage tree on property located at 515 Throckmorton Avenue. The tree trunk measures 27 inches and has been acknowledged by a certified arborist to be infected with wood-decaying fungi. The proposed project has been determined to be categorically exempt from environmental review under Sections 15301 and 15304 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
