East Blithdale Ave. Rehabilitation Project Update
As part of the ongoing E. Blithedale Ave. Rehabilitation Project, the City of Mill Valley has contracted with Argonaut Constructors to complete upgrades to both Sunnyside Ave. and Sycamore Ave. Work in these areas is scheduled to begin the week of April 4th, 2022. Initial work will consist of staking, sawcutting and demolition in preparation for the installation of new curb and gutter and ADA curb ramps.

Sycamore Ave. from E. Blithedale Ave. to La Goma St.
Crew Working Hours
8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Thursday
8:00am – 4:00pm Friday
Traffic Control
Minor traffic delays, pedestrian detours and limited street parking are expected due to the dynamic of the work involved. For the first phase of this work Argonaut Constructors will provide flagger controlled one way traffic through work areas. A suitable path of travel shall be maintained and access to residential and business properties will remain open. Safe pedestrian and bicycle access will be provided and maintained. Please allow for extra time to account for expected delays.
