Draft User Fee Study
Draft Master Fee Study
Project History
In June 2020, the City contracted with Matrix Consulting Group to conduct a comprehensive user fee study with the goal of identifying the actual cost of providing City-related services and recommending fees to recover costs. The draft fee study includes City-related services and activities for the following departments: Planning, Building, Engineering, Police, Library, and Parks and Recreation. The results of the Study provide a tool for understanding current services levels, the cost and demand for those services, a comparison to surrounding jurisdictions, and what fees can legally be charged for services.
